One of the most requested juice recipes for my recent juice detox was the Italiano. Tastewise, I love it because it’s the closest thing you can get to food — since its basically a gazpacho soup. Healthwise, there aren’t many ways to incorporate garlic into juice without it overpowering your life, so this is a great way to get garlic’s benefits.
3 Medium Heirloom Tomatoes
4 Medium Carrots
1/2 Large Cucumber
1 clove of Garlic
2 Leaves of Basil
1/2 Green Pepper
1t Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
Optional
A handful of your favorite greens
1 small apple to add a little sweetness
