Ingredients
- 1/2 c cashews soaked
- 1/2 c sunflower seeds soaked and ideally sprouted
- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 1 tb flavorless oil, like avocado
- 1/2 c nutritional yeast
- 1 tb garlic powder
- 1/2 t dijon mustard
- 1 t lime juice
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 t jalapeño pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 small tomato, diced optional

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until super creamy
- 2. Keep refrigerated but be sure to bring to room temperature for best taste
