Vegan Queso
This is an extremely easy vegan queso recipe that is also a great foundation for other flavors, just swap out the jalapeno for perhaps chipotle.
Ingredients

c
cashews
soaked
1/2
c
sunflower seeds
soaked and ideally sprouted
1 1/2
c
warm water

tb
flavorless oil, like avocado
1/2
c
nutritional yeast
1
tb
garlic powder
1/2
t
dijon mustard
1
t
lime juice
1
pinch
of turmeric powder

t
jalapeƱo pepper
salt to taste

small tomato, diced
optional
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until super creamy
2. Keep refrigerated but be sure to bring to room temperature for best taste
